Shipping policy
Processing and Handcrafting Time: Because our jewelry pieces are meticulously handcrafted in small, intentional batches, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be packaged and prepared for transit.
Domestic Shipping: We ship all orders via UPS. Standard tracking will be emailed to you the moment your package is labeled.

Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days after processing.

Free Shipping: Available on all domestic orders over $150.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Once a package is handed over to the courier service, the carrier assumes total responsibility for its delivery. The Chae Collective is not responsible for:

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that have been stolen or misplaced.

Courier service delays due to extreme weather, holiday rushes, or routing errors.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local UPS customer center to open a missing package claim or trace.
International Shipping We currently offer international shipping via UPS to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Please note: International orders may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are determined by your country's government. The customer is entirely responsible for covering these charges. The Chae Collective cannot predict or calculate these fees, and packages rejected due to unpaid duties will not be eligible for a refund.
